Room available in Jade city or Emerald city (the building name) close to second ring road walking distance to Wanda plaza with a lot of shops and supermarkets by. The room is in a 140m2, 3 bedroom apartment with one bathroom and one huge living room and an outside space that I’m thinking of converting to a garden and I am the only one living here. I already converted one of the rooms into a calisthenics style home-gym so you are welcome to train with me or by yourself if you want.

About the complex: it is a huge complex (Search on it, it’s called Jade city or 华润路) that you will genuinely get lost in for the first week at least with a park attached to it and the river right behind it. There are places to BBQ and even camp in here.

About me: I am a medical school graduate and will be doing my masters soon in huaxi hospital so I’m not your typical party foreigner (I do party from time to time though) just not regularly and would love a house mate to share not only the apartment with but also share food, living room chill and talk.
